These policies show due dates for interdistrict requests (by May 30), the reason for denial (A student's interdistrict transfer approval will not cause the District's attendance figures to exceed capacity. Capacity is maintaining a minimum vacancy of six spaces at each grade level in transitional kindergarten to 8th grade); information on eligibility and revocation of transfers; notification dates (no later than 14 days after the start of the instruction in the school year for which the transfer is sought per AB 2826, and within 30 days of receipt of the request for current year requests), and information to appeal decisions to the County Office of Education.
